Home Learning

We encourage children to revise and consolidate learning at home. Where school and parents work together, we believe that children have the best chance of success.

All children receive books to read at home that are matched to their reading ability. We encourage children to read as much, and as broadly, as possible as reading allows children to access all areas of the curriculum.

Other activities that are sent home are detailed in the termly class newsletter. Any activities chosen are to help children revise and consolidate what they have already learned in school.
