Compliments, Complaints & Feedback

We are always seeking to improve the quality of education we provide for children with SEND and we are keen to hear from parents/ carers about their child’s experience.

We would also like your views about the content of our SEND Information Report. If you would like to comment, please complete the online form in the Contact Us section of our website.

Compliments are always greatly received and can be passed on either directly to staff and the SENDCo, formally recorded via parent questionnaires or in the form of a letter to the Head Teacher.

We hope that complaints about our SEND provision will be rare; however, if there should be a concern the process is outlined in the school complaints policy should be followed. Complaints will be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible and will usually be resolved through meetings and discussion.
